David将出席2006-1-8 仁慈筹款 仁心慈爱照万千
最近的报章报道都有提到David会出席哦！
这个筹款活动将在当天通过优频道现场直播。有意出席的朋友可以把下列捐款表格打印出来，连同支票寄到仁慈医院及医护中心。
每捐款新币100就可以获得一张入场券，先到先得，送完为止！

The above PDF is the donation form for supporters who would like to attend the show. With every donation of S$100, you'll receive an entry pass to the event (it will also be telecast live on Ch U on 8 Jan 7.30pm) together with your tax deduction receipt via post. Entry passes are limited and on first come first served basis.
I'd enquired with Ren Ci's fund raising dept and was told that the seats for donors would be on the ground level, however front seats have been reserved (for their patrons & VIP donors, my guess). If you had been to the MediaCorp recording theatre, there are 2 levels - main ground level seats and upper level 'balcony' seats.
If you are thinking of this important question... great :) you can print out the form (PDF link above) to mail together with your cheque, it need not be an original copy.
For donations made after 30 Dec 2005, you would hv to collect the entry pass at their Buangkok View office.
